Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Products that are damaged, used, or tampered with will not be eligible
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Used or opened cosmetic products
- Products without original packaging
- Items purchased during sale or special promotions (if mentioned)
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected:
- You will be notified about the approval or rejection
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be issued to your original payment method
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- Check your bank account
- Contact your payment provider

Exchanges
We only replace items if:
- The product is defective or damaged during delivery
Damaged / Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing video/photos as proof
Return Shipping
- Customers may be required to ship the product back
- In case of damaged/wrong product, return shipping will be covered by us
